Designed by the innovative Xpace Design Group, every detail has been meticulously curated to provide an unparalleled living experience. From state-of-the-art home automation systems to a private lift granting direct access to each apartment, no element has been overlooked. Penthouse residents enjoy resort-style amenities, including a sparkling pool, fully equipped gym, and rejuvenating steam room, all within a secure, double-glazed environment.

The project was completed under the direction of our Director prior to founding Alliance. Elena Nova garnered the prestigious HIA Apartment of the Year Award, a testament to its exceptional design and craftsmanship.
